Types of Evaluations
Forensic Mind Solutions, LLC provides a comprehensive range of forensic, psychological, and parenting evaluations to assist courts, probation departments, Children and Youth Services (CYS), and related agencies in determining the psychological functioning, risk, and treatment needs of referred individuals. Each evaluation is designed to integrate biopsychosocial, cognitive, and risk-related domains to develop a clear, evidence-based formulation and actionable recommendations, depending on the type of evaluation requested or required to answer referral questions. Evaluations are completed through clinical interviews, psychological testing, records review, and collateral information, resulting in a detailed written report that include diagnostic impressions and individualized recommendations. Assessments may be conducted with adults, adolescents, or families referred for issues related to violence, sexual behavior, parenting capacity, competency, or mental health.
